Two ways to stop a membership. The difference is what happens to your access today.
Option one
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Request billing help or a refund at billing@velvetrope.us.
Option two
Close
Close option stops future renewals; access ends immediately. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law. Request billing help or a refund at admin@velvetrope.us.
Reading your membership
If an app store billed you
A membership bought inside the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and it is canceled in that store's own subscription settings. Everything on this page applies to memberships taken out on the website.
Removing your account entirely
Closing ends access and stops renewals, and your dossier stays on file. To have the account, photographs, documents and conversations deleted outright, use Delete my account below once you are signed in, or write to privacy@velvetrope.us.
